1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Weight Tracker app on your personal devices solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. App Description and Purpose

Weight Tracker is a personal health and fitness application designed to help users:

• Track and record their weight over time
• Calculate Body Mass Index (BMI)
• View weight trends and statistics
• Store data locally on their device

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Premium Subscription

• Monthly Subscription: $0.99 USD per month
• Premium Features: Access to historical weight data beyond 3 months
• Free Features: Basic weight tracking, BMI calculation, and 3 months of data history remain available to all users

3.2 Auto-Renewal Terms

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your iTunes Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your iTunes Account Settings after purchase
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period

3.3 Payment and Billing

• Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• Prices may vary by location and are subject to change with notice

4. User Responsibilities and Restrictions

4.1 Permitted Use

• Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Provide accurate information when using the app
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Modify, adapt, or hack the app
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the app for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Distribute or make the app available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices simultaneously
